Our Story
Dale Bercher founded Bercher Homes in 2010. After 21 years working for larger, “corporate-type” home-building companies Dale followed his heart’s desire to better serve others by building high-quality homes on his own terms. Since then, the company has expanded with a team of like-minded professionals, all motivated to develop fulfilling relationships with clients. The Golden Rule is a belief that we talk about, believe in, and are committed to at Bercher Homes.
